Welcome to the Singapore return request form for Linjer. If you have not been directed to this page by a Linjer Customer Care specialist, please first contact our team at hello@linjer.co or returns@linjer.co before filling in this form. 

Hello! You are one of the first users of a new return service that we are testing to make returns more convenient and affordable for our customers in Singapore. We are using a provider called blu, which has 100+ bluPort return lockers around Singapore in which you can drop off items for return. (The only exception is if you are returning a Soft Tote or a Soft Briefcase -- these are too big for bluPort lockers but blu can help arrange a collection from you.)

General Process:

  • You submit a return request using this form
  • Our team will review and approve your request, usually within 1 business day
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a Whatsapp message (or SMS if you don’t have it) with a unique “dropCode” and instructions on how you can drop off your parcel in one of blu’s 100+ bluPort lockers around Singapore (the only exception is if you are returning a Soft Tote or a Soft Briefcase - these are too big for bluPort lockers but blu can help arrange a collection from you). You’ll have 48 hours to drop it off. If you need more time, contact returns@linjer.co after you’ve received your dropCode and let us know. We can help you extend the window if needed. 

Notes on ‘Change of Mind’ Returns

‘Change of mind’ returns must meet these criteria to be eligible:

  • The item is in original, unused and resellable condition, with all original branded packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from receipt of the item
  • The item must not be a ‘final sale’ item

If you return an item that does not meet the criteria above, we cannot accept the return. You will have the option to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. The cost ranges from USD 15 to 90 depending on the item and to where you are shipping. 

Enter your Order Reference number, including the # symbol. You can find it in your order confirmation email.

Please enter the email address associated with the original order.

Please enter a valid Singapore mobile number so that our returns provider can contact you.

Please provide the quantity, name and details of the item(s) you are returning, including all relevant colour/size information.

Example 1: "1 x Siri Wrap Ring, Gold Vermeil, size 5"
Example 2: "1 x Men's The Classic Watch, Gunmetal/Tan, 38mm"

If we need to send a replacement product to you (i.e. for a defective product and/or a shipment error), please enter your full shipping address and contact number.
