The Locker Alliance aims to transform Singapore’s last-mile delivery infrastructure and create a sustainable delivery ecosystem that benefits both the consumer and industry players.

By allowing logistics service providers (LSPs) to freely access the network of parcel lockers managed by the locker operators, e-retailers and LSPs enjoy increased productivity and cost savings from aggregating deliveries to parcel lockers instead of individual homes. The convenient placement of parcel lockers in HDB void decks, Community Centres and along daily public transport commutes, enables consumers to collect their online purchases quickly, contactlessly and in their own time.

Outside the Locker Alliance, blu operates one of the largest parcel locker networks in Singapore, with more than 100 locations islandwide.
